We wanted to take a moment to thank you for being loyal and valued clients at Live Oak Hosting. You've stuck with us through many ups and downs over 7 years in business.
2010 was a challenge for so many on several fronts. We sincerely appreciate our clients' commitment and support in helping us grow and improve our services throughtout last year. Thanks to you, we anticipate a smooth and productive 2011.
We here at Live Oak hope each of you has a stellar year in 2011. If we can help you with your goals in the new year, please call us!
Update Your Client Information
If you haven't already done so, you'll want to go into our new billing area and make sure all your contact and billing information is up to date. Once logged in, you can managed the following items:
- My Details: Your contact information
- Manage Contacts: Update your any users on your account
- Add New Contact: Create users you would like to have access to your account for technical and billing purposes
- Change Credit Card Details: Change, update or remove a credit card (always make sure your billing address matches your credit card billing address or any charges to your account will not go through)
- Change Password: Change your billing area email address and password
- Change Security Question: Added security to protect your account from unwelcome users
If you need us to send your username and password for the billing, send an email to support@liveoakhosting.com and we'll get that out to you. Please bear in mind that we can only send it to the email address on file in your account.
New Support Area!
Our existing Support Suite system has finally outlived it's usefulness. And while it has been a great help in keeping track of client requests and issues, it's finally shuffled off it's mortal coil, run down the curtain, and joined the choir invisible.
Our new support system can be found here. You can use your billing login to gain access to this area, or continue to send emails to support@liveoakhosting.com for hosting questions, or to billing@liveoakhosting.com for billing and account questions.
You're always welcome to call our offices for phone support at 877.272.5743 during regular business hours, M-F from 8a - 5:30p CST. After hours support is available for emergencies.
Update To Our TOS
Our Terms of Service for both Hosting and Email have been updated and are now available on our website. Those can be found here:
